Whilst not the cheapest, extremely thorough, justified their actions,repairs.

My husband booked in for a road worthy and was told he had to spend in excess of $1700 to replace parts then told him he couldn't do the work for over a week. He promised to sign off on the roadworthy if he went somewhere else to do the repairs and then said he couldn't do it even though my husband rang days ahead of time. Forced to go to another mechanic for a whole new road worthy we found that one of the parts didn't even need replacing which saved us over $600! I wouldn't trust this guy with repairs, when he says parts need replacing, best to get a second opinion. Very disappointing- he either doesn't know cars well enough to know when parts actually need replacing or he is after a quick buck at the customer's expense. Even Andrews Auto response is dishonest and inaccurate! PLEASE be careful! My husband did not request the road worthy to be signed off after hours on a Friday. He gave them 2-3 days notice and wanted to drop in during his lunch break to have it signed off as promised. Instead he just took our $200 for the road worthy and didnt finish what he started.. There is no quality of service here. Only use them if desperate and make sure you know cars because they will rip you off. They can't even be honest when responding to a review why trust them with your car? Run!! The only "point of difference" they provide is replacing parts that don't need to be replaced.

Not very good customer service. Totally unwilling to help get my car fixed when I really needed it done in a timely manner. They did a RWC inspection...failed the car, took my money, then didn't want help do the re-inspection in time to sell my car. Don't waste lour money at this guys shop.
