Not very helpful, overly critical with RWC. Going above and beyond to make life hard and find issues not even relevant. Took vehicle elsewhere to be told majority of listed defects from Westernport automotive were not even needed for clearance of rwc.

In total, professional and timely in repairs for our Ford Focus hatch.
Only 4 stars because someone with a little hamfisted broke the clips fastening the gearstick surround. The person knew they did it, because the little broken clip was placed in the cupholder. I wouldn't normally have an issue with this, but since it was known, it would have been a courtesy to let us know, and at least apologise for it.
Repco must over estimate repair time in the computer based quotations, so a replacement rear wheel bearing was more than I expected, but appart from that, nothing excessive.
