Won't be back. The report after the logbook service lists essential, required parts of the logbook service as "Preventative Maintenance". Where it should say 'Required to have your logbook stamped'. I have an unstamped book because at no time did they say I have to pay their ridiculously high prices ($174 more than a dealer) to 'complete' the service with them to get a stamp. You should look at changing the wording on your reports so customers are not misled and try using the words, 'logbook stamp' and 'required'.

I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I use reviews before I choose most things and I write this in hope that other families will be spared the misfortune of dealing with this business. I went for a service as they were the cheapest of five quotes. They are now trying to get me to pay for a $1200 piece which they say has no specific time frame to arrive but may take 14 wks and the car is not raid worthy without it. I did pay the $400 deposit but then days later a friend told me they could get the common part easily. I rang them and asked for the model number which was received abruptly on the phone. I rang back and emailed a few times later for a refund and they refuse to reply to my emails and no longer answer my phone. What they deemed my car as, is untrue and am disappointed in their methods of trying to get more money from my car being serviced with them. Please do not use them, it's not worth the hassle when they're are so many other mechanics nearby who are genuine and honest.

Thank you so much to the MM gang for not only providing me with amazing service, but also for making my car safe and a pleasure to drive again. Julian and Rebecca were so great to deal with. Their honest and caring workmanship is a true reflection of good old fashioned quality business values. A rarity in this day and age! I can’t thank you enough and will see you again next service!

Hi Everyone We are a locally-owned family business that employs diligent and friendly staff from the local community and have helped many thousands of happy, satisfied customers over the last 17 years. Our number one priority is the safety of our customers and their passengers through vehicle safety. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers for returning year after year, and for referring so many hundreds of your friends, family and colleagues to us. We thank you for your kindness and support. Your positive feedback and encouragement further inspires us to keep doing better. We are also grateful for negative feedback, because this shows us where we can improve. Negative feedback gives us the opportunity to make amends if we’ve made a mistake. As humans, we sometimes make mistakes. As humans, we can also apologise. Every now and then however, we receive feedback (mainly on social media) that is hard to take. This is both disappointing and upsetting (hence my heated responses sometimes!). If there’s a genuine fault in our service delivery, we want to know about it immediately so we can listen carefully, respond politely and rectify swiftly. It would be great, however, if these issues were brought to our attention first so we could make amends, explain or apologise. There are two sides to every story and every person is entitled to their opinion, including the opinion of the business owner. We invest a lot of time, money, blood, sweat and tears into our business. Negative social media comments affect the whole team, who go the extra mile every single day to do their best for our customers. That’s why, when it comes time to share our side of the story, we defend ourselves rigorously and firmly – and sometimes, not politely. We admit that in a perfect world we’d keep our cool, but we’re in the business of cars, so we’re sometimes going to blow a gasket! We will literally bend over backwards to make you happy. When necessary though, we’ll defend ourselves wholeheartedly and with passion. For that, we make no apologies. We appreciate the support and loyalty of all our customers, and we look forward to keeping your vehicle, you and your passengers safe for years to come. For new customers who may read some of my comments, you may get the wrong impression. I’d encourage you to read our predominantly 5+ ratings. Julian & Rebecca Mason.
